Eula’s Place, LLC is founded on the principle of making a difference in the lives of individuals by providing creative support and opportunities to help each individual develop a meaningful lifestyle within the community they chose to live.

Eula’s Place, LLC is a private organization that will provide Congregate Residential Waiver Services for individuals who have a primary Developmental disability. We believe that providing support for individuals in a community based residential environment helps to encourage and build an individual’s ability to become more independent.

This service shall include learning and support that will help each individual to complete a variety of daily living skills. Individuals will learn and be educated about making informed choices, about their personal interest, community activities, events and community resources, which we believe will assist in the development of their life skills and personal growth. Each individual’s talents will be identified by individual assessment with the development of their Individualized Support Plan, which will reflect their individual activities and supports of interest.

Eula’s Place shall provide Congregate Residential Waiver Services for individuals who have been diagnosed with meeting criteria for having a Developmental disability. Eula’s Place will provide a congregate service providing 24 hour supervision in a community based home having 4 or fewer residents. Services include supervision, support, counseling, and training in activities of daily living for individuals whose services plan identifies the need for specific types of services available in this setting.
